2 ounces Tito's Handmade Vodka
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
8 fresh mint leaves
1 ounce coconut cream
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup (sugar mixed with equal parts hot water)
Ice cubes Club soda Blueberries and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions:

Prepare the Simple Syrup: Mix equal parts sugar and hot water until the sugar is dissolved. Let it cool.
Muddle the Blueberries and Mint: In a cocktail shaker.
Mix the Cocktail: Add Tito's Handmade Vodka, coconut cream, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and a few ice cubes to the shaker.
Shake well to combine.
Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.
Top with Club Soda: Top with club soda and gently stir.
Garnish: Add extra blueberries and mint sprigs for a beautiful tropical presentation.
